Healthcare , Health Insurance and Medical Administrators

I would have to say, without a doubt, one of the most difficult places to be employed, let alone be responsible for, is a health care facility in these times of varying insurance coverage and medical predispositions with so many people looking for affordable healthcare. I did work for a Health Maintenance Organization in the Boston area for several years when things were going along pretty well and they were considered the 'good times' and working conditions were nice, to say the least. This was before the economic crunch that we have been spiraling into for the past several years where health care insurance is getting harder to get every day. In these environments the management of these medical facilities becomes ever more important, not that it was ever less important, to attract and retain top medical talent such as surgeons, medical doctors and support personnel such as LPN's, RN's and CNA's and administrators with their support staff to name but a few, or so. I was reading some trade publications and came across and intersting article about one such person, an administrator named Dan P Neumeister, out of Chico, CA. This gentleman wears many, many hats in the course of his work days. I was noting how prolific and savvy one must be in todays demanding health care field with associations, past administrative experience, and higher education that never seems to come to an end. I tip my hat to all of those dedicated people who basically devote their lives to their professions in health care as it can be demanding and rewarding at the same time! Good job guys and gals!

Had some HMO experience...got toe broken by a car lift...they would not set the bone...so I would up getting an MBA student to set it for me. Have no coverage of any kind now...useless anyway. As for flu shots...formulated on a strain long evolved into more potent one...plus get one while you have the sniffles and you could be seeing Pearly Gates...or 72 young boys and girls if you are of the Muslim persuasion.
On the Big O...
After an election blighted for Democrats by getting caught at blatant voter fraud, inexperienced lead candidate, smiling liar VP old retread, O lying about taking the public money, O accepting all sorts of tainted funds from questionable sources and O getting caught by a plumber in a question and admitting his socialist-spread-the-wealth-hidden-agenda, why would O make any effort to play by the rules now?
One of O's "change makers" is 81 years old although MOST are old Clinton hacks from way back.
We were not at all surprised that McCain gave up without any vestage of a fight.
This leaves us figuring him for a give up, economical candidate because Obama is losing by default. After all Obama has concealed his education records and his birth certificate long enough. Time for the Kenyan or Indonesian to take a long walk on a short pier. A guy can dream that justice will happen even if NOBODY has the nerve except Berg, the lawyer Democrat.

WOW, talk about going from left to right (no pun intended) in one step. How can you go from HMO's to Obama that fast? I think you just got something off your chest and I'll print it. Everyone has a right to speak freely in this country and I don't believe in censorship whether I agree with you or not, even on my own website!
