Are you at risk for H1N1 Swine Flu? Are you being proactive with elders and toddlers? How about yourself, staying healthy? To date there have been 92 child deaths as of this writing linked to the H1N1 virus. Children who are still building their immunities, elders trying to maintain the immunities they have left, and immuno-compromised adults who are wide open to it with issues such as pneumonia, CPOD, chemotherapy immunity issues, HIV/AIDS, and many other issues that don't allow the body to handle influenza with full resources that would normally hold you until the flu passed from you. If you notice yourself feeling weakness more often than usual or sinus/coughing spells you may want to consider getting checked by you local doctor or area health organization like HCHP or HVMA which are HMO's in Massachusetts or BCBSNC which is the Blue Cross affiliate in North Carolina, just to name a few. These places are staffed and trained to diagnose and treat H1N1 flu and the faster it's detected the better the results can be, especially if you are health compromised. Don't tough it out, Check it out!
