Going The Wrong Way at 50
Going the wrong way at 50 is right, especially if the horizontal way around the belt area. For the most part I've never been a victim of belly fat until I took my latest job a few years ago. I haven't had a sit down job since I was in my early thirties and back then I was pretty active and it didn't really matter whether I sat down all day or not. Now I sit all day and I'm not all that active and there it is, the belly fat. I don't need this, especially in my fifties. I need to find a way how to lose belly fat and fat from surrounding areas to the point where I can comfortably resume a more active lifestyle, without surgery or lipo. One of the things I may do is get a stand for my bike and put it in front of the TV and peddle for the length of a movie to get to a point where I can ride outside without wearing myself out too far from home, this way I can get my wind and endurance BEFORE going the distance outside.
