Gotta Get Mean, Gotta Get Pumped

When you gotta get bulked you gotta get hydrated. I know people, friends, who think that muscle is bulk mass and solid because the fibers are tightly bonded. If that were the case you wouldn't need to 'make a muscle' because they'd always be pumped up. The mass of muscle tissue is based on fluid retention in the muscle cells, or how much fluid can be put into the tissue to increase the overall size of the muscle being charged up. There are supplements that help the cells to accept this extra fluid, or course I'm talking about blood all full of nutrients and especially oxygen, but one in particular called creatine which specifically targets fluid capabilities in the cells. You won't be another Arnold unless your genetically similar but you can get similar benefits from using the best creatine supplements you can get. Creatine loading, whether fast or slow will, for the most part achieve the same result. Loading is a specific regimen of dosages that are legal to use, even for sports events. Creatine will help with protein and carb metabolizing and will help with the after workout crash that some have gone through and help with faster workout recovery. Think of it as something that can make a sponge hold even more water than it could on it's own.
